Pembrokeshire Community Hub is the leading access route for all voluntary and community services, as well as acting as a referral route for Pembrokeshire's Community Connector service; this service supports community members in navigating and accessing the full range of care, support and wellbeing offers from a huge range of organisations across the County. We market ourselves as the place to go if you have a question and do not know where to start, and we are pleased to offer no-criteria support to all ages, including both individuals and families.
